2019 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in five games out of the bullpen after missing all of the 2018 season due to injury … Did not allow a run or a hit over his five appearances … Went 0-0 with a 0.00 ERA … Struck out six batters and walked five over 5.0 innings of work … Made his Chant debut throwing 0.2 innings out of the bullpen in the home win over UNC Wilmington (March 27) … Struck out two and walked one over a hitless inning in the 27-2 blowout win at Georgia State (April 26) … Fanned one in a scoreless inning in the loss to Louisiana (May 3) … Walked three and struck out two hitters in 2.0-scoreless innings versus Clemson (May 14) … Also threw 0.1-inning in the 26-10 win over ULM (May 25) in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Tournament … A member of the 2018-19 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List.
