• A three-year starter on the offensive line at local Conway High School for head coach Carlton Terry
• Named to the 2022 South Carolina Football Coaches Association (SCFCA) All-State Class 5A team selection
• Earned a spot on the All-Region V-5A team his senior year
• Also named to the MyHorryNews.com All-County Offensive Football Team following his senior season
• Named to the 2022 ABC 15 All-Zone team
• Named to the 2022 Touchstone Energy Cooperative Bowl as a member of the South team
• Received the Captains Award from the team his senior year
• Was team captain for the 2022 Tigers team that made the Class AAAA state playoffs
• Played center on the offensive line and was key to the Tigers offensive success his senior year
• Graded out at over 85 percent for the year while serving as the Tigers’ most consistent offensive player from start to finish
• A member of the National Honor Society
• Also a member of the all-academic team
• Chose Coastal Carolina over Presbyterian, North Greenville, and UNC Pembroke
