• Named second-team All-Big South
• Played in all 11 games, starting eight contests
• Anchored a defensive line that ranked 34th nationally (FCS) in total defense
• Totaled 38 tackles on the season, including 14 solo stops
• Also recorded 9.0 tackles-for-loss, including 3.0 sacks
• Also forced a fumble and had two fumble recoveries
• Picked up a season-high seven tackles versus Morehead State (Sept. 13)
• Also had six stops versus VMI (Nov. 1) and five in the first-ever game in CCU history against Newberry (Sept. 6)
• Picked up five tackles and 1.0 sack at Savannah State (Oct. 25)
• Returned a fumble for 22 yards at Charleston Southern (Nov. 22)

• Lettered at Forestview High School in Gastonia, N.C.
• Ranked as high as No. 63 at linebacker by Rivals
• Rated No. 15 player in North Carolina by PrepAtlantic and No. 19 by FOTO

• Three-time all-conference selection
• Named all-area Defensive Player of the Year his junior season
• Missed part of his senior season due to injury
