2023 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in seven meets for the Chanticleers during the outdoor season
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fifth with a time of 3:44.14 at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Also finished 15th in the 400-meters with a time of 57.17 at the conference outdoor championship meet held in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
• Turned in a new personal-best time of 56.06 to finish 24th overall in the 400-meters at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Ran one leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished ninth with a time of 3:47.47 at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Recorded a third-place finish in the 400-meters with a time of 57.18 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Turned in a personal-best time of 2:21.87 in the 800-meters, placing fifth overall at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Finished 14th in the 400-meters (57.17) and 22nd in the 200-meters (25.24 (1.5)) at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Posted a time of 56.91 in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
• Ran in both the 100-meters (12.21 (4.6)) and 200-meters (25.08 (3.7)) at the USC Open
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2023 spring semester

Indoor Season

• Ran in five meets over the indoor season for the Chants
• Competed in the 200, 300, and 400-meters as well as in the 4x400-meter relay
• Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 3:45.37, the sixth-best time in CCU history
• Also placed 17th at the conference indoor championship meet with a time of 57.67 in the 400-meters
• Placed eighth overall with a personal-best time of 40.75 in the 300-meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Recorded an eighth-place finish in the 400-meters with a time of 58.54 at the Carolina Challenge
• Turned in a time of 57.56 in the 400-meters to finish 17th overall at the Bob Pollock Invitational
• Ran in the 200-meters at the Gamecock Opener (26.30), the Carolina Challenge (25.81), and the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (25.62)
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed second at the Gamecock Opener (3:48.51) and third at the Bob Pollock Invitational (3:43.80), with the latter being the third-fastest time in CCU history
• Also ran one leg of the 4x400-meter relay that crossed the finish line in sixth overall at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 3:47.78

2022 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in seven meets for the Chanticleers during the outdoor season
• Earned All-Sun Belt first-team honors as part of the 4x400-meter relay team
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won gold at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a first-place time of 3:36.43
• Also finished 12th overall in the 400-meters with a season-best time of 56.49 at the conference championship meet
• Qualified for the 2022 NCAA East Preliminaries in the 4x400-meter relay, placing 18th overall with a time of 3:40.75
• Was a member of the 4x400-meter relay unit that placed fourth at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational (3:48.49) and seventh at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (4:05.60)
• Turned in a season-best time of 12.50 (1.9) in the 100-meters to place 10th overall at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Also competed in the 400-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays, finishing fourth with a time of 57.53
• Placed 11th overall in the 200-meters with a time of 25.41 (3.2) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Recorded a time of 57.79 in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial
• Posted times of 25.15 (1.4) in the 200-meters and 57.84 in the 400-meters at the USC Open
• Turned in a time of 25.54 (-1.0) in the 200-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational

Indoor Season

• Competed in five meets during the indoor season
• Ran the 200 and 400-meters and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed third at the Gamecock Opener (3:47.65) and fifth at the Bob Pollock Invitational (3:46.85)
• Finished ninth overall in the 400-meters with a time of 59.01 at the Gamecock Opener
• Turned in times of 26.40 in the 200-meters and 58.27 in the 400-meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Posted a time of 58.30 in the 400-meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational
• Recorded times of 25.92 in the 200-meters and 58.29 in the 400-meters at the 2022 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Placed 27th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 58.75 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2021 fall semester

2021 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in four meets for the Chanticleers
• Earned four top -10 finishes, highlighted by a second-place finish at the Alan Connie Invite in the 4x400-meter relay (3:55.36) and a sixth-place finish with a season-best time of 13.27 (0.1) in the 100 meters at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge
• Finished sixth in the 400-meters with a time of 1:00.81 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Placed seventh in the 400-meters with a time of 1:00.90 at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge
• Recorded a season-best time of 26.36 (0.4) in the 200-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Earned her first career sub-1:00 time (58:26) in the 400-meters in the final regular-season meet of the season at the UNF Invitational
• A member of the Dean's List (3.25 GPA or better) for the 2020 fall semester

Indoor Season

• Competed in four meets on the indoor season, competing in the 400 and 500-meters, as well as the 4x400-meter relay
• Finished in fifth place in the 500 meters at the Liberty Elite Invitational with a season-best time of 1:21.59.
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth overall at the Liberty Elite Invitational with a time of 4:06.74
• Ran a season-best time of 1:01.23 in the 400-meters at the Carolina Indoor Open
• Also recorded a time of 1:02.76 in the 400-meters at the Gamecock Opener

High School

• Lettered in track & field and field hockey at Taconic Hills High School
• Tabbed a Patroon Conference MVP and Patroon Conference All-Star in 2019
• Named the team's Most Valuable Player in both 2018 and 2019
• Earned the Most Improved award in both 2016 and 2017
• Led her high school track & field team to three conference championship titles
• A state qualifier in the 200 and 400-meters, as well as in the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays
• Earned first-team all-state honors in the 400-meters, finishing third at the state championship meet
• Finished eighth at the 2019 state championships in the 200-meters
• Finished 12th nationally in the 400-meters at the 2019 USATF National Junior Olympics
• Also competed in the 200-meters and triple jump at the 2019 Junior Olympics
• Holds her high school's school records in the 100, 200, and 400-meters
• Also part of the school record holding 4x400 and 4x800 meter relay teams
• Set the Patroon Conference record in the 100-meters
• Guided her field hockey team to two conference championships
