Outdoor Season
- A 2023 NCAA East Preliminary qualifier in the 110-meter hurdles
- Picked up 2023 All-Sun Belt second-team honors with a runner-up finish in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 13.84 (1.3) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships
- Recorded a personal-best time and the third-best mark in CCU history in the 110-meter hurdles with a prelims time of 13.84 (1.7) at the conference championship meet
- Finished 25th overall in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 13.77 (2.7) at the 2023 NCAA East Preliminaries, which was the fourth-fastest time in the Sun Belt Conference during the outdoor season
- Won the 110-meter hurdles event at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (14.04 (1.2)) and in the preliminaries at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (14.03 (4.9))
- Posted a fifth-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles at the USC Open with a time of 13.94 (5.0)

- Finished 14th overall with a time of 14.81 (-0.4) in the 110-meter hurdles at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
- Placed fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at the USC Open with a finals time of 13.84 (2.5) and a prelims time of 13.99 (1.5)
- Turned in a season-best time of 10.93 (1.9) in the 100-meters at the USC Open
- Finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 13.87 (1.7) at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
- Recorded a time of 14.30 (-1.1) in the 110-meter hurdles at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational, placing 16th overall
- Also ran in the 60-meter hurdles at the Bob Pollock Invitational during the indoor season, turning in a time of 7.89 to place ninth overall

Outdoor Season
- Picked up 2021 All-Sun Belt first-team recognition with his first-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 13.77 at the Sun Belt Championship meet
- Had four first-place finishes in the 110-meter hurdles, including wins at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (13.92), Chanticleer Challenge (14.35), Gamecock Invitational (13.92), and the SBC Championships
- Ran the third-fastest time in school history in the 110-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville, Fla., with a time of 13.91 (1.7), placing 18th overall
- Finished second in the 110-meter hurdles at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge with a time of 14.29 (3.3)
- Placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.10 (0.7) at the Weems Baskin Relays
- Also placed fourth in the 100-meters at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge with a time of 10.97 (2.1)
- Finished 10th in the 110-meter hurdles at the UF Tom Jones Invitational (14.09) and 12th at the North Florida Invite (14.14)
- A member of the 4x100-meter relay teams that crossed the finish line in first at both the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (41.19) and the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (40.27)
- Helped the 4x100-meter relay team achieve the fourth-fastest time in school history at Alan Connie Shamrock Invite when they ran 40.27 to finish fourth overall

- A two-time state champion in the 110-meter hurdles in 2018 and 2019
- Also won the 2A state title in the 4x100 relay and 400-meter hurdles
- A two-time AAU Club Nationals Champion in the 110-meter hurdles and a national champion in the 4x100 meter relay
- Named to the Greenville News 2018-19 All-Upstate Boys track & field team
- A three-star recruit at running back in football by 247Sports
- Tabbed first-team 2018 All-Upstate at running back his junior year
- Also named to the 2018 Region II AAA All-Region team
- A two-time Greenville News Player of the Week, Fox Carolina Player of the Week, and WSPA 7 Player of the Week in 2018
- Led all of Class AAA in South Carolina in rushing in 2018 with 2,048 yards and 29 touchdowns on just 214 carries during his junior season
- Averaged 9.6 yards per carry and 157.5 yards per game on the ground as a junior
- Father, Brandon Bennett, played college football at the University of South Carolina and in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals and Carolina Panthers
