2023 (Redshirt Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth overall with a time of 3:12.94 at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Also finished fifth-place overall in the 400-meters with a time of 47.88 at the conference championship meet
• Recorded a personal-best time of 47.43 in the 400-meters in the preliminaries at the SBC Championship meet, the fourth-best time in CCU history and the seventh-fastest in the Sun Belt Conference during the season
• Finished third overall in the 400-meters with a time of 49.34 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Totaled two top-10 finishes at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, placing fourth in the 400-meters (49.26) and seventh in the 100-meters (10.98 (4.8))
• Posted a season-best time of 21.81 (2.0) to finish 20th overall at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Finished 15th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 49.37 at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Turned in times of 21.70 (2.4) in the 200-meters and 48.22 in the 400-meters at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Posted a time of 21.54 (4.1) in the 200-meters at the USC Open
• Recorded a time of 47.58 in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay unit that turned in a time of 3:13.88 to finish third overall at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2022 fall and 2023 spring semester

2022 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Did not compete in a meet for the Chants on the year
• Named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2021 fall semester
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 spring academic term

2021 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in four meets on the season, including the Sun Belt Conference Championship meet
• Finished seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:20.11 at the conference championship event
• Also placed 15th in the 400-meter with a time of 49.13 at the SBC Championship meet
• Placed fourth with a time of 50.20 in the 400-meters at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge
• Turned in a time of 49.83 in the 400-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth overall at the North Florida Invite with a time of 3:10.80
• Named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2020 fall semester

2020 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season (*Season Ended Early Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic*)

• No competition in the outdoor season
• Named to the 2019-20 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List (3.50 or better GPA for the academic year)
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for both the 2019 fall and 2020 spring semesters

Indoor Season

• Competed unattached in three meets over the indoor season
• Ran in both the 200-meters (22.74) and 400-meters (48.98) at the South Carolina Invitational
• Also competed in the 200-meters (22.61), 400-meters (49.47), and as part of the 4x400-meter relay team (3:15.59) at the Carolina Challenge
• Turned in a time of 49.62 in the 400-meters at the Liberty Kickoff 2020, placing eighth overall
• Was one leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth overall with a time of 3:19.08 at the Liberty indoor event

High School

• Was part of the Morris Knolls Sectional Championship team his senior year
• Named to the all-county and all-conference first teams his senior season
