2023 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

  • Competed in six meets during the outdoor season
  • Posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge, finishing second in the 400-meters (1:00.09) and eighth in the 200-meters (25.95 (-1.7)
  • Placed 16th overall in the 200-meters with a time of 26.21 (-1.5) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
  • Turned in a season-best time of 25.23 (0.8) in the 200-meters to finish 21st overall at the Weems Baskin Relays
  • Recorded times of 25.80 (1.9) in the 200-meters and 58.21 in the 400-meters at the UNF East Coast Relays
  • Also turned in a time of 58.31 in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational

Indoor Season

  • Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors as part of the distance-medley relay team that finished third at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 11:55.22
  • The DMR time of 11:55.22 at the championship meet was the third-fastest in program history for indoor competition
  • Also competed in the 400-meters at the championship meet, placing 22nd overall with a time of 58.30 
  • Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes at the Gamecock Opener, finishing fourth in the 4x400-meter relay (4:02.53) and eighth in the 400-meters (59.28)
  • Was also part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished 14th overall with a time of 3:55.09 at the Bob Pollock Invitational
  • Posted a time of 59.78 in the 400-meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational
  • Ran in both the 300-meters (40.42) and 400-meters (59.77) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational

Outdoor Season

  • Competed in two meets in the outdoor season
  • Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth overall with a time of 4:02.12 at the Don McGarey Invitational
  • Posted a time of 1:03.93 in the 400-meters to finish 25th overall at the Don McGarey Invitational
  • Also ran in the 400-meters at the Circle Logistics presents The Monday Meet at Indiana Tech, turning in a time of 1:03.70

Indoor Season

  • Competed in six meets over the indoor season
  • Raced in the 200 and 400 meters, as well as the 4x400 meter relay
  • Ran in the 400-meters at the WHAC Indoor Track & Field Championships and the 2021 Mastodon Opener
  • Placed sixth in the 200-meters (26.01) and fourth in the 400-meters (1:00.45) at the Indiana Tech Strive for Greatness Indoor meet
  • Finished seventh overall with a personal-best time of 1:51.78 in the 600-meters at the Anderson Indoor Invite
  • Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished 14th overall with a time of 4:00.85 at the GVSU Big Meet-FRIDAY


2021 (Freshman) at Indiana Tech
Outdoor Season

  • A two-time NAIA All-American, earning the honor in the 4x400-meter relay and the 400-meters
  • Ran at seven meets during the outdoor season
  • Posted a runner-up finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a finals time of 3:45.28 at the 2021 NAIA Championships
  • Placed sixth overall at the 2022 NAIA Championships in the 400-meters, turning in a finals time of 57.28
  • Recorded times of 56.69 in the 400-meters and 3:47.20 in the 4x400-meter relay in the preliminaries at the 2022 NAIA Championships
  • Turned in a pair of first-place finishes in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 46.71 at the Warrior Opener and a mark of 45.50 at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational
  • Also a member of the 4x400-meter relay first-place team that turned in a time of 3:54.50 at the Strive for Greatness College
  • Posted a pair of second-place finishes at the Margaret Simmons Invite, earning a runner-up finish with a time of 46.49 in the 4x100-meter relay and a time of 3:53.75 in the 4x400-meter relay
  • Finished second in the 400-meters with a time of 57.72 at the Strive for Greatness College meet
  • Placed third in the 400-meters with a personal-best time of 56.07 at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational
  • Recorded a third-place finish in the 100-meters with a personal-best time of 12.48 (0.9) at the Indiana Little State Championships
  • Turned in a pair of top-five finishes at the WHAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in third in the 200-meters (25.55) and fourth in the 400-meters (58.65)
  • Also finished sixth in the 200-meters with a time of 25.79 (2.7) at the Warrior Open 

Indoor Season

  • An NAIA All-American in the 4x400-meter relay
  • Competed in eight meets during the indoor season
  • Finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a finals time of 3:50.80 at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • Also finished 11th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 58.85 at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • Posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the WHAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, finishing fourth in the 400-meters (59.67) and eighth in the 200-meters (25.99)
  • Recorded two top-five finishes at the Indiana Tech Classic, placing third in the 400-meters (58.29) and fourth in the 200-meters (25.31), a new personal-best time
  • Picked up a pair of runner-up finishes in the 400-meters at the Turnstone Classic (1:00.05) and IWU Midwest Classic (1:00.08)
  • Had a pair of first-place finishes in the 4x400-meter relay, crossing the finish line in first with a time of 4:01.87 at the Turnstone Classic and 3:56.60 at the Warrior Invite
  • Finished third overall in the 4x400-meter relay at the GVSU Big Meet (3:49.12) and the Warrior Invite (3:56.60)


High School

  • Lettered for two years in track & field at the Academy of Richmond County
  • Was a two-time team captain
  • Earned all-region honors in the 400-meters and 4x400-meter relay
