Outdoor Season
- Silver medalist in the high jump at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games (August 2021)
- Finished fourth in the high jump event at 2.10 meters at the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships, a personal-best height and the fourth-best all-time in CCU history
- Also finished 10th in the long jump with a mark of 7.10 meters (-1.7) at the conference championship meet
- Had four first-place finishes, including wins at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge in both the high jump (2.08 meters) and the triple jump (15.37 meters)
- Also posted wins in the long jump (7.30 meters) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational and in the high jump (2.06 meters) at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge
- Finished second in the long jump at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (7.38 meters (2.5)) and third in the same event at both the Weems Baskin Relays (7.20 meters (0.2)) and the CCU Chanticleer Challenge (7.08 meters (1.3))
- Placed third overall in the high jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a mark of 2.03 meters
- Set the CCU record in the triple jump at the Weems Baskin with a mark of 15.12 meters (-1.7) to place fifth overall, and then shattered it at the UF Tom Jones Invitational with a distance of 15.32 meters to finish sixth
- In the long jump, Wise earned the third-best mark in school history at 7.52 meters (-0.3) to post a fifth-place finish at the North Florida Invite
- Also finished fifth overall at the North Florida Invite in the high jump with a height of 2.05 meters
- Competed for Team USA in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games in August 2021, picking up a silver medal in the T46/47 high jump event with a jump of 2.06 meters
- Also finished fourth overall in the T46/47 long jump with a leap of 7.30 meters at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games

- Also a member of the Storm Track Club and Basics Track Club
- Earned multiple all-state, all-region, all-county, and All-Midlands Conference honors over his high school career
- Was awarded the Excellence in the Making Award and a two-time team MVP for the field events
- Named to the Best of the Best All-State Track & Field team
- A three-time state champion in the high jump and a state champion in the long jump
- Won the 5A state championship for a third time in the high jump with a mark of 2.08 meters his senior season
- Won the 5A state championship in the high jump (2.05 meters) and the long jump (6.97) meters as a junior
- A 5A state champion in the high jump with a leap of 2.03 meters - a Lexington County record - his sophomore year
- Posted career-best marks of 7.23 meters in the long jump, a Dallas Hornet Invite record and a Dutch Fork school record of 14.22 meters in the triple jump
