2014 Cross Country:Competed in four meets and was Coastal[apos]s third scorer in all of them... Clocked season-best 8K time of 26:30.36 at the Greater Louisville Classic... Placed 10th at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a 5K time of 16:47.20... Clocked 22:14.04 in a 6,400m race at the Blue Ridge Invitational.

2013 Cross Country:Was named the 2013 Big South Cross Country Freshman of the Year ... Ran in five of the Chanticleers[apos] seven meets ... Placed seventh overall at the 5k Coastal Carolina Invitational in 16:07 ... Was the third Chant to cross at the Big South Preview, completing the 8k course in 28:03 ... Crossed third for the Chants again at the 8k Paul Short Run ... Recorded an 8k personal record of 25:58.73 at the Blue Ridge Open ... Was the fastest freshman at the Big South Championship, completing the 8k course in 27:11 to place 15th overall ... Was named to the 2013-14 Big South Presidential Honor Roll, Dean[apos]s List in Fall and Spring.

At WW-P South HS: Was named first team all-state, team captain and team MVP as a senior ... Finished ninth overall at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions in 2012, and 22nd in 2011 ... Holds a 5k personal record of 15:14, a 3200m personal record of 9:16 and a 1600m personal best of 4:18 ... Holds WW-P South[apos]s school record in the 4x800m event.
