2015 Track & Field: Competed in seven meets for the Chanticleers … Earned All-Big South honors as a member of the Big South champion 4x400 relay team … Capped off the season with a season-best time of 48.76 seconds and a fourth-place finish in the 400m dash at the Big South Conference Championships … Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:12.42 and finished second at the Bill Carson Invitational … Also competed in the 200m dash at two meets … Turned in a season-best time of 22.54 seconds at the CCU Invitational.
2014 Track & Field Earned All-Big South honors in the 400m with a third-place finish in a time of 49.54 seconds... Ran a personal-best time of 48.74 seconds and finished second at the Battle of the Beaches... Member of the 4x200 relay team that set what was then the school record with a time of 1:25.84 at the Shamrock Invitational... Also ran the 200m at two meets, with a top time of 22.16 at the CCU Invitational... Member of 2013-14 Big South Presidential Honor Roll, Dean's List in Spring.
At Seton Hill University: Competed for two seasons at Seton Hill University... Member of 4x400m relay team that holds the Seton Hill University record of 3:18.37 achieved at the 2012 Duke Invitational... Finished second at the 2013 WVIAC Outdoor Championships in the 400m with a time of 50.25.
High School: Competed at Western Tech in Catonsville, Md... Set the school record in the 400m with a time of 49.09... Ranked the sixth fastest 400m runner in Maryland his senior year despite not having a home track.
