2020 Indoor
- Competed at four meets; two events
- Helped her 4x400 to two top 10 finishes including a fifth-place finish at the VMI Classic as they finished with a time of 3.55.01
- Competed in the 60mh at all four meets. . .Had a season best time of 9.26 at the Carolina Challenge
2019 Outdoor
- Appeared in six meets, nine events and combined events
- Earned 11 top 10 finishes
- Set personal bests in four events; Alan Connie Shamrock 800m (2:20.65), Alan Connie Shamrock 100 mh (14.48 (2.2)), Florida Relays 4x800 (11:23.48) and Sprint Medley Relay (4.22.18).
- Set a team season best in the heptathlon (3971 points) at the Sun Belt Championships.
2019 Indoor
- Appeared in four meets, six events and combined events
- Earned three top 10 finishes; VMI Winter Relays high jump (3rd) and the VMI Winter Relays 4x400 (7th - 9.11 pb), the Sun Belt Championship heptathlon (4th - 3658 points pb)
2018 Outdoor
- Appeared in seven meets, eight events
- Finished in the top-10 in ten events; 4x400 (8th) and Heptathlon (6th) at the SBC May 11-13, 100H (3rd), 4x400 (1st), and shot put (8th) at the Mountaineer Open on Apr. 27-28, 100H (9th) at the USC Open on Apr. 21, High Jump (8th) on Apr. 13 at the UF Tom Jones Memorial, Shot Put (8th) at the ECU Invitational, and the High Jump (2nd) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite.
- Added a career-best throw in the shot put (10.09m) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational on Mar. 9-10.
2018 Indoor
- Appeared in five meets; ten events
- Three top-10 finishes; Pentathlon (5th) and 4x400 (6th) Sun Belt Championships, 60m (10th) at the ETSU Invitational, and had personal best finish in the pentathlon (2nd) at the Liberty Kickoff.
2017 Indoor
- Appeared in five meets competing in six events
- Season and personal best of 9:06 in the 60m hurdles at Sun Belt Championships
- Personal best of 28.12 in 200m at Samford Invitational ... Placed 11th at Clemson Invitational with personal best of 44.05 in the 300m ... A personal best height of 1.60m (5' 3") in the high jump at Clemson Invitational ... Had a jump of 5.19m (17" 0.50") in the long jump for personal best at Samford Invitational
- Scored 3,198 points in the pentathlon at Sun Belt Championships for personal best
