Cross Country
- Participated in four events
- Finished fourth in the Chanticleer Challenge 8k with a personal-best time of 26:02.9
- Recorded a 10th-place finish in the 6k at the Charleston Southern Buccaneer Open
2023 (Redshirt Junior)
Cross Country
- Competed in four of the six cross country meets during the 2023 fall season
- His personal-best time of the season came in the 6k of the Adidas XC Challenge where he finished with a 19:19.5 time
- His highest placement of the season came in the 6k of the Buccaneer Open, coming in 28th
- He capped off his third season with the Chants at the SBC Championship with a 48th place finish and a 28:45 final time
2023 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Outdoor Season
- Ran in six meets during the outdoor season for the Chants
- Posted four top-10 individual finishes
- Raced to a runner-up finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:42.14 at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
- Finished fifth overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:54.52 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
- Turned in a personal-best time of 15:49.91 to place ninth in the 5000-meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
- Recorded a 10th-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:43.60 at the UNF East Coast Relays
- Posted a time of 4:14.38 in the 1500-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
- Finished 14th overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 9:49.02

Cross Country
- Ran in four cross country meets on the season for the Chants
- Posted a season-best 5k time of 19:02.3 at the Carolina Challenge (5k), finishing 23rd overall
- Placed 35th overall with a season-best 8k time of 26:33.2 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (8k)
- Also finished 35th overall for the Chants at the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships (8k) with a time of 26:37.4
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 28:32.6 at the Firetower Project Run (8k)
- Was the lone finisher for CCU at the 2022 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (10k) with a career-best time of 34:23.9
2022 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season
- Competed in four meets over the outdoor season
- Competed over four events - 800-meters, 1500-meters, 3000-meters, and 3000-meter steeplechase
- Finished 13th overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:00.73 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
- Posted a season-best time of 9:29.46 in the 3000-meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, placing 15th overall
- Recorded a season-best time of 4:10.89 in the 1500-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
- Placed fifth overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:56.15 at the USC Open
- Finished seventh in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:14.16 at the Weems Baskin Relays
