2014 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the hammer throw at the Big South Championships... Won both the shot put and hammer throw at the Chanticleer Classic... Placed seventh in the shot put at the Penn Relays with a season-best throw of 13.78m (45-2.50)... Other season bests were 52.22m (171-04) in the hammer throw and 35.15m (115-04) in the discus.

2014 Indoor: Placed fourth in the weight throw at the Big South Championships with a season-best distance of 17.17m (56-4)... Recorded season-best shot put throw of 12.87m (42-2.75) to finish fourth at Appalachian State[apos]s Mountaineer Open... Won the weight throw at the Gamecock Invitational.

Placed second in the shot put at the New Balance Nationals in 2012 and seventh in 20113 ... Personal bests of 44-4 in the shot put and 111-7 in the discus.
