Outdoor Season

2023-24 (Senior)
Outdoor Season

• Regional qualifier in the 10,000 meters
• Third-team All-Sun Belt
• Finished third in the 10,000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship (35:54.08)
• Set program record in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:25.80 at the Raleigh Relays

• First team All-Sun Belt
• Claimed gold medal in the 3000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship with a time of 9:25.94, ranking second in school history
• Set school record in the 5000 meters with a time of 16:14.62 and took second-place in the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship

Cross Country

• Competed in all six cross country meets for the Chants during the 2023 fall season
• Claimed four first-place finishes
• Won the women's 4k at the Buccaneer Open with a 15:00 final time
• Recorded another victory in the women's 5k at the Chanticleer Challenge with a final time of 17:10
• Won the women's 5k at the Upstate Invitational, finishing in 16:53
• Jones claimed her second consecutive Sun Belt Conference Title (10/28/23), completing the women's 5k in 16:37
• Named to the 2023 All-Sun Belt Conference Women's Cross Country First Team
• Tabbed as the 2023 Sun Belt Women's Runner of the Year

2023 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in four meets over the outdoor season
• Won the 5000-meter run at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 16:50.46
• Finished runner-up in the 4:36.75 in the 1500-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays 
• Raced to a ninth-place finish in the 1500-meters with the fourth-best time in CCU history with a time of 4:30.25
• Her time of 4:30.25 in the 1500-meters was the sixth-fastest in the Sun Belt Conference for the spring outdoor season
• Placed fifth overall at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5000-meters with a time of 16:47.63, the fourth-best time in CCU's annals
• Her time of 16:47.63 in the 5000-meters was the ninth-best time in the Sun Belt Conference 
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2023 spring semester

Indoor Season

• Earned 2023 All-Sun Belt third-team honors with third-place finishes in both the mile run and the distance medley relay
• Competed in four meets during the indoor season
• Finished third overall in the mile run with a time of 4:52.38 at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Was also one leg of the DMR that finished third overall with a time of 11:55.42 at the conference championship meet, the third-best time in CCU history
• Also raced to a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meters with a time of 9:41.88 at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Placed fourth in the 3000-meters with a time of 9:31.12 at the Carolina Challenge, the second-best time in CCU history and the fourth-best time in the Sun Belt on the year
• Picked up a fourth-place finish as part of the DMR at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a time of 11:45.23, a school record
• Recorded a seventh-place showing in the mile run with a time of 4:48.65 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Turned in a school-record time of 4:48.65 in the mile run to finish ninth overall at the Bob Pollock Invitational
• Her time of 4:48.65 in the mile run was also the third-fastest time in the Sun Belt Conference for the indoor season
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 fall semester

2022 (Junior)
Cross Country

• Earned 2022 NCAA Division I Southeast All-Region honors
• Was named the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Women's Runner of the Year
• Was the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Women's Cross Country Individual Champion, crossing the finish line with a CCU school and Sun Belt Conference (5k) record of 16:29.5
• Earned All-Sun Belt first-team honors for her first-place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Championships
• Competed in four meets on the season
• Totaled three wins on the season and one runner-up finish
• Finished first at the Carolina Challenge (5k) with her time of 18:22.8
• Also picked up the win with a first-place finish at the Firetower Project Run (5k) with a time of 17:26.9
• Crossed the finish line in second-place overall at the ECU Pirate Invitational (6k) with a personal-best 6k time of 21:12.8 
• Placed 21st overall at the 2022 NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championships (6k) with a time of 20:39.9

2022 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors with a third-place finish in the 5000-meters with a time of 17:53.98 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
• Competed in five meets over the outdoor season
• Posted six top-10 individual finishes over the spring slate
• Scored a first-place finish in the 5000-meters at the Weems Baskin Invitational with a time of 17:22.21
• Also posted a win in the 5000-meters with a time of 17:08.33 at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Finished fourth overall with a time of 4:38.74 in the 1500-meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
• Picked up a fourth-place finish in the 1500-meters at the USC Open with a season-best time of 4:35.12
• Placed seventh in the 1500-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational with a time of 4:35.34
• Turned in a time of 4:36.22 in the prelims of the 1500-meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
• Registered a time of 4:37.22 in the 1500-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
• Recorded a time of 2:17.04 in the 800-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational

Indoor Season

• Competed in three meets during the indoor season
• Finished fifth overall in the 1-mile run with a season-best time of 4:59.99 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships
• Also placed 10th at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships in the 3000-meters with a time of 10:09.25
• Recorded a time of 5:03.98 in the 1-mile run preliminaries at the conference championship meet
• Posted a second-place finish in the 3000-meters with a season-best time of 9:55.45 at the Gamecock Opener
• Turned in times of 2:20.00 in the 800-meters and 5:04.14 in the 1-mile run at the Carolina Challenge

2021 (Sophomore)
Cross Country

• Garnered All-Sun Belt second-team honors
• Competed in five meets for the Chants on the season
• Finished sixth overall at the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships (5K) with a season-best time of 17:46.1
• Placed 12th with a time of 18:19.3 at the Chanticleer Challenge (5K)
• Finished 13th at the Covered Bridge Open (5K) with a time of 17:52.2
