Outdoor Season

• Participated in seven meets
• Finished ninth in the 400 meters at the Charlotte Invitational (49.01)
• A part of 4x400 team that won the event at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (3:12.66)

• Regional Qualifier in the 4x400
• Finished second in the 4x400 at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (3:08.38)
• Won the 4x400 at the USC Outdoor Open (3:07.51)
• Set a personal best in the 400 at the Weems Baskin Invitational with a time of 47.61, ranking 10th in program history
• A part of 4x200 team that won the event at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (1:26.07)

2023 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in eight meets during the spring season
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth overall with a time of 3:12.94 at the Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Finished 17th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 49.60 at the conference championship meet
• Totaled three top-10 finishes at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge, including two wins
• Took first place in the 400-meters with a time of 48.85 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Ran one leg of the 4x400-meter relay that crossed the finish line first overall at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge with a time of 3:21.87
• Also turned in a personal-best time of 10.95 (1.7) to place 10th in the 100-meters at the Myrtle Beach event
• Finished third overall in the 400-meters with a time of 48.94 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Posted two top-20 finishes at the Weems Baskin Relays, placing 13th in the 400-meters (49.20) and 19th in the 200-meters (21.80 (1.8))
• Competed in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial (48.79) and the UNF East Coast Relays (49.12)

Outdoor Season

• Competed in six meets over the outdoor season
• Finished 15th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 48.97 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Placed 10th in the 400-meters with a time of 50.27 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay that finished second place overall with a time of 3:15.94 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Turned in season-best times of 21.79 (0.2) in the 200-meters and 48.57 in the 400-meters at the USC Open, finishing 11th overall in the 400-meters
• Ran in both the 200-meters (22.84) and 400-meters (50.61) at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Also competed in both the 200-meters (22.36) and 400-meters (49.42) at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Recorded a time of 48.61 in the 400-meters at the UF Tome Jones Memorial meet
• Also competed in the 200-meters (22.27) and 400-meters (49.11) at the Bob Pollock Invitational during the indoor season
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for both the 2021 fall and 2022 spring semesters

• A 2021 South Carolina state champion in the 400-meters
• A three-time all-state performer (4x400-meter relay, 4x800-meter relay, and 400-meters)
• A five-time all-region selection (4x400-meter relay (2x), 4x800-meter relay, 400-meters, and 200-meters)
• A three-time regional champion (2018, 2019, and 2021)
• Also a regional champion in the 4x400-meter relay, 400-meters, and 200-meters in 2020
• A regional champion in the 4x400-meter relay in 2019
• Was a runner-up at the 2019 South Carolina state championships in the 4x400-meter relay
• Set the meet and team record in the 300-meters at the Raider Twilight Invitational in April 2021
