- Competed in two meets for Coastal during the 2023 fall season
- In his first collegiate meet, Clegg finished 46th in the 6k at the Buccaneer Open with a 21:29.5 time
- At the Chanticleer Challenge, he finished 23rd with a final time of 28:32 in the men's 8k
