• Duncan competed in two of the Chants 2023 fall cross country meets
• His best finish of the season came in the men's 8k at the Upstate Invitational, finishing 163rd with a 27:24 time 

2023 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed for the Chanticleers in five meets over the outdoor season
• Turned in a season-best time of 15:30.95 in the 5000-meters to finish third overall at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Finished 10th overall in the 1500-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays with a personal-best time of 4:07.44
• Placed 11th in the 1500-meters with a time of 4:08.95 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Also competed at the Carolina Challenge during the indoor season, turning a time of 9:03.67 to finish 18th overall in the 3000-meters
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2023 spring semester

2022 (Sophomore)
Cross Country

• Was the top Chant performer in four meets over the fall season
• Placed third overall with a season-best 5k time of 16:56.3 at the Carolina Challenge (5k) in the season-opening meet
• Turned in a season-best 8k time of 26:19.6 at the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships (8k), leading the Chants with a 32nd-place finish
• Finished 31st overall at the ECU Pirate Invitational (8k) with a time of 26:21.5
• Also ran for CCU at the Firetower Project Run (8k), placing 51st overall with a time of 28:02.7
• Ran for CCU at the 2022 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (10k)
• Named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2022 fall semester

2022 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in six meets over the outdoor season
• Totaled four top-10 finishes during the spring season
• Finished fourth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:29.87 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Crossed the finish line in sixth place overall in the 1500-meters with a season-best time of 4:14.04 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Placed eighth overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the USC Open with a season-best time of 10:18.88
• Also turned in a season-best time of 1:59.69 in the 800-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Recorded a time of 2:21.91 in the 800-meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
• Was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that placed fifth overall at the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 8:09.54

• A four-time cross country regional champion (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020)
