Barrett Tabbed Defensive Player of Week

LakePoint, Ga. - Harley Barrett was named ASUN Defensive Player of the Week for her performance in the season finale against Old Dominion on Saturday, April 28 in Norfolk, Va. The weekly award is Barrett's sixth in her career.
Barrett saw just 18 shots on the day and made six saves for a .545 save percentage. Of the 18 shots, 11 were on goal and just five found their way past the four-time defensive player of the week winner. The performance helped the Chanticleers lock up the number two seed in the conference tournament.
Coastal will return to action Thursday, May 3 in Jacksonville, Fla. as they take on the number three seed Kennesaw State, with a 4:00 p.m. scheduled opening draw.
