Cobaugh Joins Lacrosse Coaching Staff

CONWAY, S.C. – Grace Cobaugh has been named an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Coastal Carolina University, head coach Abby Thorne announced Wednesday. Cobaugh is the second addition to Thorne's staff since she took over the program earlier this month, joining Kaelin Hogan.
Cobaugh spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA Division II Seton Hill University.
"When completing our staff, it was really important to me to find someone who fit seamlessly with our culture, goals and work ethic," Thorne said. "Grace does exactly that.
"She brings incredible energy, competitiveness and a genuine passion. I'm so excited to have her here at Coastal and couldn't be more fired up about the staff we've put together."
During her two seasons at Seton Hill, Cobaugh helped the Griffins post a combined 23-13 record and coached 12 all-conference performers, including two-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Athlete of the Year Mila Udovicic. Udovicic and Skylar Orlowski earned All-America honors under Cobaugh's tutelage.
Before joining Seton Hill, Cobaugh spent a year and a half as the program director for True Dynamite Lacrosse – Pennsylvania, where she oversaw the program's growth and development.
Cobaugh was a four-year letterwinner at NCAA Division II Millersville University, a member of the PSAC. A two-time team captain, she earned IWLCA All-Region honors and was named to the All-PSAC East Team as a senior. She concluded her playing career with one season at Saint Joseph's University, where she also served as a team captain.
Cobaugh holds a graduate certificate in organizational leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in allied health with a concentration in sports medicine from Millersville University.
