Atlanta, Ga. – Coastal Carolina's Haley Alexander has been named the ASUN Player of the Week for her performances against UCONN, March 19 and William & Mary, March 24, the conference office announced, Tuesday, March 26. It is the second weekly award for the Bel Air, Md. native.
 
Alexander tallied 10 points on eight goals and two assists for the week. In the match against UCONN, the senior attacker scored five goals with one assist with the fourth goal setting the school's all-time career goals record in the 15-14 victory. She followed that performance with a hat-trick in the first half against William & Mary and assisted on another score in the 12-11 overtime win over the Tribe.
 
The Chanticleers return to action Tuesday, March 26 in the ASUN conference opener as they host first-year member Kent State, with the opening draw scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
