Coastal Carolina
Coastal Carolina snapped a three game losing streak on Wednesday afternoon as they defeated the Winthrop Eagles by the score of 6-4.
With the Chanticleers down 4-3 going in to the bottom half of the fifth inning,

Stavi Augur added two runs batted in and
Abbey Montoya added two hits in the game.
Sophomore Kaitlin Beasley pitched in CCU's eight consecutive game and picked up her 15th win of the season, going the final three innings, not allowing a hit and striking out three.

th in the nation with 1.38 home runs per game. Beasley-Polko is second in the conference and ninth in the nation with 15 wins, and

The Warhawks played a mid-week game on Tuesday versus LA Tech and fell to the Bulldogs by the score of 10-5.
Sydney McCay and Bailey Thibodeaux were the bright spots in the ULM lineup versus LA Tech. McCay went 2-for-4 and Thibodeaux collected three runs batted in.
McCay was a 2018 First Team All-Sun Belt member and currently fourth in the Sun Belt with a .429 batting average, and has four doubles, a triple, and 12 steals.
