Coastal Carolina cross country teams’ final prep before Sun Belt Championships
CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's and women's cross country teams will travel to Greenville, N.C. to compete in the Pirate Invitational hosted by East Carolina University on Friday, Oct. 15. The meet will take place on Overton's Lake Kristi with a 4 p.m. ET start time.
The women's 6k event will begin at 4 p.m. ET while the men's 8k race will start at approximately 4:40 p.m. ET.
In the last outing, the Chanticleers women's team was led by Molly Jones while the men's team was paced by Garrett Bivens, as the duo were the top finishers for CCU at the lone event held at Coastal Carolina's home course at the Hackler Golf Course.
