2022 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season
- Competed in six meets over the outdoor season
- Recorded eight top-10 finishes overall on the spring season
- Won the 5000-meter race at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge with a time of 15:00.93
- Posted a runner-up finish in both the 3000-meters (8:38.25) and 5000-meters (14:46.76) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
- Placed sixth overall in the 1500-meters at both the Weems Baskin Relays (3:59.65) and the USC Open (3:57.29)
- Raced to a 10th-place showing in the 5000-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational with a season-best time of 14:46.69
- Finished 10th overall in the 5000-meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:08.42
- Picked up a fifth-place finish as part of the 4x800-meter relay team that turned in a time of 8:09.54 at the Weems Baskin Relays
- Also competed as an individual in the Bob Pollock Invitational during the indoor season, turning in times of 4:19.31 in the mile run and 8:38.43 in the 3000-meters
- Earned a spot on the Freshmen Dean's List (3.25 GPA or higher) for the 2022 spring semester

Cross Country
- Competed in all six meets for the Chanticleers
- Finished 12th at the ECU Pirate Invitational (8k) with a time of 25:29.6
- Placed 22nd at the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships (8k) with a team-best time of 25:55.6
- Also finished 22nd overall at the Queen City Invite (8k) with a season-best time of 24:59.0
- Crossed the finish line with a time of 27:19.0 at the Chanticleer Challenge (8k)
- Ran a time of 27:05.9 in his CCU debut at the Covered Bridge Open (8k)
- Competed for the Chants at the 2021 NCAA DI Southeast Regional Championships (10k), finishing with a time of 32:18.4
High School
- Named the Chesapeake Senior High School 2021 Male Athlete of the Year his senior year
- Awarded the Athlete of the Month for April 2021
- Won the Sportsmanship Award and Most Improved Award in 2018
- Set the school record in the 1600-meters with a time of 4:17.22
- Played soccer before focusing solely on track & field and cross country
