Chanticleers to Welcome Campbell to Town on Wednesday

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team will return to the friendly confines of the Stevens Tennis Complex on Wednesday, March 2, for a regional bout against the Campbell Fighting Camels. The start time is slated for 2 p.m. ET.
The Chants are 3-4 on the campaign, while the Camels are 2-5 overall.
The most recent meeting between the two programs took place on Jan. 26, 2019, where Campbell traveled down to Conway and held on for a 4-3 victory.
Leading the way for the Chants this season are freshman Anna Babayan and junior Victoire De Samucewicz, as each of them have compiled a 5-2 overall record.
De Samucewicz defeated a nationally ranked foe – No. 87 Margaux Maquet of Charlotte – this past Saturday 1-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-3) in the No. 1 singles contest.
