CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina softball team returns to St. John Stadium and welcomes Troy to Conway, S.C. on March 11-13 to begin Sun Belt Conference play.
The Chanticleers enter the weekend 9-9 overall while the Trojans come to the Palmetto State with a 13-5 overall record.
Friday's contest has been moved up to 12:30 p.m. ET due to anticipated weather. Check back for changes over the remainder of the weekend.

LAST TIME OUT
Coastal Carolina took part in the Bubly Invitational hosted by No. 4 nationally-ranked Florida, March 4-6 in Gainesville.
In a weekend that saw the Chanticleers go 2-3, Coastal defeated Tennessee State in both matchups, before falling to No. 4 Florida twice and SBC foe Georgia State in a non-conference matchup.
CCU continued its home run derby with sophomore
Riley Zana recording homers against No. 4 Florida and Tennessee State on Friday, while classmate
Madison Hudson notched her third career home run on Saturday against Georgia State late in the game.
Zana finished the weekend going 6-for-15, recording four runs, three RBIs, two doubles, and two home runs, to move into a four-way tie for team lead, for the Chanticleers.
In the circle,
Kaitlin Beasley-Polko pitched a team-leading 15.1 innings allowing just eight hits, striking out 13 batters.
Nicolette Picone recorded 10.2 innings in the circle, including a career-high 6.0 innings and five strikeouts against Tennessee State.
OPPONENTS LAST TIME OUT
Troy took part in the LSU Invitational on March 4-6; the Trojans went 2-3. On the final day, Troy fell to Louisiana Tech, 7-6.
The Trojans split a pair of games against No. 21 LSU – defeating the Tigers 5-4 in game one before dropping the second 10-2. On Saturday Troy defeated Central Connecticut State, 11-1 before falling to La. Tech 6-2. The final day of the invitational saw Troy and the Bulldogs in a rematch, with the Trojans falling 7-6.
