Chanticleers Gear Up for Outdoor Season

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University men's and women's track & field teams will open up the 2022 outdoor season this weekend at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge held at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium, on the campus of Myrtle Beach High School.
The meet, which dates back to 2005, will begin on Friday, March 11, and conclude on Saturday, March 12.
In total, 35 teams will be represented at the outdoor meet of the spring season, including the Chanticleers. There will also be five other schools from around the Palmetto State participating.
Spectators will be allowed. Tickets are $12 per day for adults or $20 for the meet, which includes the meet program. Students with a school ID are $5, while children six years of age and under will receive free admission.
