CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team will open its 2025 spring season versus the No. 20-ranked South Carolina Gamecocks in Columbia, S.C., on Sunday. First serve is set for 4 p.m. ET.
The Chanticleers finished the 2024 season with a 14-9 overall record including a 7-4 mark in Sun Belt Conference play to finish fifth in the conference.
Coastal is coming off a successful fall campaign highlighted by
Aida Mitrache winning the NCCU Invitational singles title, while the pairing of
Brooke Rogers and
Katya Hersh reached the doubles final.

Nicole Abel, along with three fresh faces in transfer junior
