WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Coastal Carolina University indoor track & field team will return to the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C. for the ASICS Sound Invite on Saturday. This will be their fourth meet of the season and the last until the Sun Belt Championship.
Women's Indoor Notes
- Coastal's 4x400 relay team of Latiana Acker, Sierra Smith, Nyela Asterilla-Anderson and Jamie Adams currently hold the second-best time in the Sun Belt Conference (3:43.49).
- Emelia Thurston's mark of 6.08m in the long jump at the Orange & Purple Invite is currently tied for third in the Sun Belt Conference.
- Ella Steel-Douglas ran an 8.69 in the 60m hurdles at the Camel City Sprints last weekend, ranking fifth in the Sun Belt.
- Callie Wilson posted a 3.79m in the pole vault at the Orange & Purple Invite, good for fifth in the conference.
