CONWAY, S.C. -- Unable to attend an upcoming baseball game? You're now able to return your tickets to the Chanticleer Athletic Ticket Office and receive a gift-in-kind credit from the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF).

To return tickets, please complete the following steps:

1.Access your account by clicking here.
2.Once on the site, click on "Login" at the top of the page. Log in using your email and password. If you do not know your login information, please call the Chanticleer Athletic Ticket Office at 843-347-8499.
3.After logging in, you will be on your My Account page.
4.Under My Tickets, on the right side of the page, select "Return."
5.You will be redirected to a page where you can select the game you would like to return. Here you may select all eligible tickets and parking passes available to give back.
6.Once finished, select "Next" at the bottom of the page.
7.Once you have donated a ticket, it will no longer appear in your account, and the original ticket will be voided.

After completing all steps, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your return was successful. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office.

For all returned tickets, you are eligible to receive gift-in-kind credit. Please note that online returns must take place prior to the contest.

All gift-in-kind credits will be issued at the conclusion of the baseball season.

For each seat and parking pass donated, CAF gift-in-kind credit* will be given to the donor.

*Note: Gift credit will be issued at the conclusion of the baseball season at face value. The tax-deductible amount is limited to the actual price paid for the tickets and/or parking passes.
