Scouting the Opponent

• College of Charleston enters the matchup with a 20–22 record on the season.
• The Cougars have not played since suffering a 10–1 loss to the Chants on April 8. Samantha Horn recorded the lone RBI in that outing.
• Sierra Paradis leads the team with a six-game reached-base streak.
• Mackenzie Mathis tops the pitching staff with a 3.40 ERA and a 12–6 record in the circle.
• The Cougars average 6.61 hits per game and have recorded 11 triples this season.

• Coastal holds a 53–26 lead in the all-time series.
• CCU has gone 8–2 over the last 10 matchups and is averaging 5.73 runs per game during that span.
