FOLEY, ALA. – The Coastal Carolina beach volleyball team (21-10, 6-0) will take the No. 1 seed to the 2026 Sun Belt Beach Volleyball Championship and will begin play in the double-elimination tournament on Thursday. The Chants will face the winner of No. 4 UNCW vs. No. 5 Charleston at 4:15 p.m. ET.
POSTSEASON NOTES
Coastal will be participating in its eighth conference tournament and fourth in the Sun Belt Conference. The Chanticleers are 11-14 all-time in conference tournaments and advanced to the Sun Belt championship match in 2023 and 2024. Coastal will be looking for their first conference tournament championship in program history.
REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS
For the second straight season, Coastal Carolina won the Sun Belt regular season championship. Once again, the Chants went a perfect 6-0 in conference matches, including a 4-0 weekend at the Sun Belt Mid-Year Tournament.
