2022 (Junior)
Outdoor Season
  • Ran in six meets during the outdoor season
  • Recorded eight top-10 finishes and set new personal-best marks in the mile, 1500, 3000, 5000, and 10,000-meter events
  • Crossed the finish line in fifth place overall in the 10,000-meters with a time of 37:50.46 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
  • Also placed seventh overall at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in the 5000-meters with a time of 18:08.77
  • Finished runner-up in the 3000-meters with a time of 10:08.65 at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
  • Picked up a third-place finish in the 5000-meters with a time of 17:53.49 at the Weems Baskin Relays
  • Turned in a time of 17:18.60 in the 5000-meters to place fifth overall at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
  • Crossed the finish line in sixth-place overall in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:11.43 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
  • Finished ninth in the 1500-meters at the USC Open, crossing the finish line with a time of 4:42.85

  • Competed in five indoor meets on the year
  • Ran in five different events over the course of the season
  • Totaled five top-10 finishes overall
  • Placed seventh overall in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:09.54 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships
  • Also ran in the 3000-meter run, posting a time of 10:15.35 to finish 13th overall at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships
  • Was also a member of the distance medley relay team that placed 10th overall at the conference championship meet with a time of 12:38.55
  • Posted a pair of top-five finishes at the Bob Pollock Invitational, placing third in the 5000-meters (18:00.23) and fifth in the distance medley relay (12:46.56)
  • Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 3000-meters with a time of 10:31.10 at the Gamecock Opener
  • Also ran as part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed 13th overall with a time of 4:15.54 at the Gamecock Opener

Cross Country
  • Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors
  • Placed 14th overall at the 2021 Sun Belt Championships (5K) with a personal-best time of 18:17.4
  • Finished ninth at the ECU Pirate Invitational (6K) with a time of 22:23.5
  • Also recorded times of 18:47.4 at the Chanticleer Challenge (5K) and 18:36.1 at the Covered Bridge Open (5K)
  • Turned in a time of 22:51.4 at the 2021 NCAA Division I Southeast Region Championships (6K)

Prior to Coastal Carolina
  • Ran cross country and track at Vincennes University
  • Helped her cross country team reach as high as No. 10 nationally in 2020
  • Was a first-team All-American in cross country, finishing third at the 2020 NJCAA DI Women's Cross Country National Championships (5K) with a time of 18:53.1
  • Was the 2020 NJCAA Region 24 Women's Cross Country Individual Champion (6K) with a time of 19:10.0
  • Led her team to a runner-up finish at the 2020 NJCAA Region 24 Cross Country Championships
  • Was also the 2019 NJCAA Region 24 Women's Cross Country Individual Champion (5K) with a time of 18:48.9
