2015 (Jr.): Played in all 12 games, earning a start for the contest at Charleston Southern … Had season-high three tackles, including his lone tackle for loss, with a pass break-up in the season-opening win at Furman … Added PBUs versus Western Illinois and Presbyterian ... Also had two tackles against PC as well as Gardner-Webb.
2014 (So.): Played in 13 games and was credited with 17 tackles ... Had seven stops on kick coverage — fifth best on the team ... Posted a season-high four tackles in three games (South Carolina State, Florida A&M and Richmond) ... Added two pass breakups in the Elon win.
2013 (RFr.): Started the first 10 games at corner before suffering a season-ending injury ... Had 45 tackles and eight pass break-ups, helping CCU set a team record with 62 PBU ... Two-time Big South Freshman of the Week ... In his collegiate debut at South Carolina State made seven tackles, including a three-yard tackle for loss, and added two pass break-ups ... Baldwin’s first PBU came on S.C. State’s second drive of the second half, leading to a Bulldog punt ... Other break-up came on 4th-and-3 with 5:23 left that forced a turnover on downs ... At Eastern Kentucky, Baldwin earned his second Big South weekly honor ... Only had two tackles, but made a game-changing play in the second quarter and helped CCU set a single-game record for pass break-ups (12) ... With Coastal trailing 24-14 and having just lost the ball on a fumble, Baldwin intercepted a pass and returned it 22 yards to the EKU nine ... Two plays later, the Chanticleers scored to start a run of 37 unanswered points en route to the win ... Had seven tackles — all solo — at Charleston Southern in his last game before his injury ... Tallied six tackles versus Furman, at Elon and at Liberty and recorded PBU’s in each of his last three games.
2012 (Fr.): Redshirted … Selected a Chant Squad MVP for the week prior to the Furman game … Named to the 2012-13 Big South Presidential Honor Roll for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year.
Prior to Coastal Carolina: 2011 HSSR Division II-AAAA All-State at corner back ... Earned all-region as a wide receiver and all-county at corner ... Had six interceptions and caught 35 passes for 550 yards with 10 touchdowns as a senior ... Also earned all-area and all-region as a junior, catching 60 passes for 990 yards with 10 scores.
