2019 (Redshirt Senior)

• 2019 Phil Steele Sun Belt Conference All-Conference second team pick
• 2019 All-Sun Belt second team selection
• A 2019 Burlsworth Trophy nominee, an award given to the most outstanding football player who began his career as a walk-on and has shown outstanding performance on the field
• Named the Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 9) after recording two interceptions in the road win at Kansas (Sept. 7)
• Played in and started all 12 games at cornerback
• Led the team and was tied for the Sun Belt lead with five interceptions on the season, which was tied for the fourth-most in a single season in CCU history
• Also led the team and ranked eighth in the Sun Belt in passes defended with 11 and was one of only six players in all of the Sun Belt to register two interceptions in the same game (Kansas)
• Finished the season with 37 tackles, 3.0 tackles-for-loss, and six pass breakups on the season
• Recorded a season-high nine tackles, including four solo stops, 1.0 tackle-for-loss, a pass breakup, and an interception at ULM (Nov. 23)
• Totaled seven tackles in the home win over Troy (Nov. 2)
• Also registered four tackles versus Eastern Michigan (Aug. 31), against Georgia State (Oct. 12), and at Arkansas State (Nov. 16)
• Tallied a 1.0 tackle-for-loss versus the Panthers and at Arkansas State
• Also had an interception in home wins over Norfolk State (Sept. 14) and Texas State (Nov. 30)

2018 (Redshirt Junior)

• Played in 10 games, starting four in the defensive secondary
• Named the BAM Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Campbell (Sept. 12)
• Totaled 21 tackles, 3.0 tackles-for-loss, 1.0 sack, three pass breakups, and a quarterback hurry
• Also tied for the team lead with two interceptions on the year
• Had an interception in the season opener at South Carolina (Sept. 1)
• Tallied one tackle and one pass breakup in each of the road wins at Campbell (Sept. 12) and Louisiana (Sept. 22)
• Totaled three tackles and picked off a pass in the conference game at Troy (Sept. 29)
• Recorded two solo tackles versus ULM (Oct. 13)
• Picked up four tackles, a sack, and a pass breakup in the road win at UMass (Oct. 20)
• Tallied three solo tackles and 1.0 tackle-for-loss versus Appalachian State (Nov. 3)
• Recorded a season-high five tackles against Arkansas State (Nov. 10)
• Posted 1.0 tackle-for-loss versus Georgia Southern (Nov. 17) and one tackle and a quarterback hurry at South Alabama (Nov. 23)

2017 (Redshirt Sophomore)

• Served as a member of the CCU football program’s Team Leadership Council
• Played in all 12 games at both cornerback and on special teams
• Recorded four tackles at UAB
• Also forced and recovered a fumble on kickoff coverage at UAB
• Was credited with a five-yard return as he picked up a loose ball after a Fitz Wattley interception at Idaho
• Received Sun Belt Academic Honor Roll recognition for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the 2017-18 academic year

2016 (Redshirt Freshman)

• Played in each of the first four games on the season
• Credited with four tackles and a pass breakup on the year

2015 (Freshman)

• Redshirted
• Selected as the Chant Squad Defensive MVP for the Western Illinois game
• Named to the 2015-16 Big South Presidential Honor Roll for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year
• Earned Dean’s List honors in the fall of 2015 and spring of 2016

High School

• Selected to play in the Touchstone Energy Bowl North-South Game
• Named All-Region 3-AAAA his senior season
• Tallied 45 tackles as a senior with an interception and five pass breakups
• Rushed for 834 yards with eight touchdowns and caught 26 passes for 335 yards and two scores on offense
• Was an explosive kick/punt returner
• Also lettered in track & field
• Holds school records for both the 100 and 200 meters
