2016 (RFr.): Played in all 12 games and made an immediate impact by blocking three field goals, getting 38 tackels and recording 6.5 tackles for loss … Named the team’s Special Teams MVP for the Furman game as he blocked a field goal … Also blocked field goals at #4 Jacksonville State and versus Monmouth … Posted a season-high nine tackles versus Charleston Southern as well as recovering a fumble for a touchdown early in the third quarter to give CCU a 29-23 lead … Added six stops versus both Jacksonville State and Central Connecticut, getting 1.5 TFL in each contest as well … Had a sack at Presbyterian, 1.5 sacks versus Liberty and a half sack versus Hampton.

2015 (Fr.): Redshirted ... Named the Defensive Chant Squad Player of the Year ... Was selected a Chant Squad MVP four times -- twice for defense (South Carolina State and Liberty) and twice for special teams (Alabama A&M and The Citadel).

Prior to Coastal Carolina: A three-star recruit by 247Sports.com and rated the 20th-best overall prospect in the state and the 62nd-best strong-side defensive end in the nation … Selected to play in the South Carolina North-South All-Star game … Registered 88 tackles as a senior, including 40 solo, with 16 tackles for loss and five sacks … A two-time, first team All-County Line (Berkeley and Dorchester Counties) selection … Ranked the fifth-best defensive end in the state prior to his senior season.
