Tossed a 5.0 inning one-hitter against Morehead State (2/24) with seven strikeouts and no walks ... Grabbed a win against Penn State (2/25), giving up one run over 7.0 innings of work ... Walsh Jesuit HS:  Was named a first-team all-district and first-team all-league selection three times ... Helped lead her team to two state playoff appearances during her sophomore and junior seasons ... Named second-team all-state following a junior season in which she hit .365 with 10 extra-base hits and 13 RBIs as a batter, while striking out 240 opposing players and maintaining a 0.89 ERA ... Named team MVP her sophomore year after batting .412 with seven extra-base hits at the plate and striking out 254 batters with a 1.39 ERA on the mound.
