2022 (Senior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in two meets during the outdoor season
• Won the 1-mile run with a personal-best time of 4:35.11 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Ran in the 800-meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, placing 25th overall with a time of 2:08.89
• Also raced in the 800-meters at the USC Open, turning in a time of 2:02.90
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished 13th overall at the USC Open with a time of 3:31.26
• Also competed in the 800-meters (2:02.22) and 1-mile run (4:46.36) at the Bob Pollock Invitational during the indoor season
• One of eight student-athletes to earn a 2022 Sun Belt Conference Postgraduate Scholarship
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 spring semester

2021 (Senior)
Cross Country

• Did not compete for the Chanticleers
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2021 fall term

2021 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in four meets on the season
• Had three top-10 finishes, including racing as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that took first place at the Coastal Carolina Challenge with a time of 3:33.14
• Also placed ninth in the 800-meters at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge with a season-best time of 2:01.78
• Turned in personal-best times of 4:45.55 in the 1-mile run at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational and 4:11.02 in the 1500-meters with a time of 4:11.02 at the North Florida Invite
• Was named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2021 spring semester

2020 (Junior)
Cross Country

• Posted a ninth-place showing at the 2020 Chanticleer Challenge (8K) with a time of 31:26.0

2020 (Sophomore)

• A  member of the 2019-20 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List (3.50 or better GPA)
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2020 spring semester

• Competed in five meets on the season
• Finished 18th at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (5K) with a time of 18:03.7
• Turned in a 43rd-place showing at the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational (8K), crossing the finish line in a time of 29:07.6
• Also competed at the Queen City Invite (8K) (28:53.0) and Lehigh Paul Short Run (8K) (29:04.7)
• Posted a season-best time of 28:50.0 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (8K)
• Was named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2019 fall semester

• Competed in seven meets on the year, running in the 800-meters, 1500-meters, 3000-meter steeplechase, and part of the 4x400-meter relay
• Finished 16th in both the 1500-meters (4:23.62) and 3000-meters steeplechase (10:59.21) at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championships 
• Finished sixth in the 800-meters (2:03.13) and was part of the 4x400-meter relay team (3:39.69) that finished second at the NSU Invitational
• Posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the Sharks Invitational, placing sixth in the 1500-meters (4:19.00) and eighth in the 3000-meter steeplechase (10:48.93)
• Ran the 800-meters at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (2:01.31), Embry-Riddle Spike's Classic (2:00.63), USF Bulls Invitational (2:03.89), and the Miami Hurricane Invitational (2:01.78)
• Recorded times of 4:11.97 (USF Bulls Invitational) and 4:16.67 (Embry-Riddle Spike's Classic) in the 1500-meters

• Competed in six meets on the season
• Posted a time of 17:12.4 to finish in 46th place at the FAU Cross Country Invitational (5K)
• Finished 39th overall at the Florida Tech Invitational (8K) with a time of 29:33.4
• Also posted a season-best time of 28:53.1 at the 12th Annual Sand Shark Invitational (8K)
• Finished 68th at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (8K) with a time of 29:16.6
• Also competed at the Disney Cross Country Classic (8K) (29:37.1) and the 2018 Mountain Dew Gator Cross Country Invitational (8K) (28:53.1) on the season

• Attended Xavier High School
• Spent four years under the direction of cross country head coach Patrick Dormer, earning the program's Most Improved Runner Award to finish his career
• Finished sixth in the 1000-meters indoor to help Xavier to the 2018 CHSAA Indoor State Championship. title
• Posted personal-best times of 4:30 in the full mile, 2:36.00 in the 1000-meters indoors, 1:59.00 in the 800-meters, and 1:54.3 in the 400-meters
