Outdoor Season

• A 2022 NCAA Division I USTFCCCA first-team All-American in the 4x100-meter relay, posting an eighth-place finish with a time of 43.78
• A 2022 NCAA Division I USTFCCCA second-team All-American with an 11th-place finish with a time of 51.24 in the 400-meters
• A 2022 NCAA Championships qualifier in both the 400-meters and the 4x100-meter relay
• Set a school record as part of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished ninth in the preliminaries heat with a time of 43.23 at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• A 2022 NCAA East Preliminary qualifier in the 400-meters, 4x100, and 4x400-meter relay
• Finished fifth in the 400-meters at the NCAA East Preliminaries with a time of 51.54

• Placed second in the 400-meters with a time of 53.74 at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Picked up a sixth-place finish in the 400-meters with a time of 52.37 at the UF Tom Jones Memorial

Indoor Season

• Named to the All-Sun Belt first team for winning the 400-meters
• Took home the gold medal in the 400-meters with a time of 54.22 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Also turned in a time of 56.09 in the preliminaries of the 400-meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
• Set the school record in the 400-meters with a time of 53.76 at the Carolina Challenge, placing third overall
• Finished fourth in the 400-meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a time of 54.34
• Placed fifth in the 200-meters at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 24.44
• Also recorded a season-best time of 7.72 in the 60-meters to finish ninth overall at the Carolina Challenge
• Was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second overall at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with a time of 3:43.97
• Was also part of the 4x400-meter relay team that crossed the finish line in third place with a time of 3:47.65 at the Gamecock Opener
• Ran a leg of the 4x400-meter relay that finished fifth overall at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 3:45.48

2021 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Won six events as she competed at eight meets
• Broke the school record in the 400 meters four times in her first season. Arnold broke the record for the final time at the NCAA East Prelims with a time of 52.39
• Helped the 4x100 team to the second-best time in school history at the NCAA East Prelims with a time of 44.74
• Helped the 4x400 to a gold medal at the SBC Championships with the sixth-best time in school history with a time of 3:38.71
• Ran the sixth-fastest time in CCU history in the 100 meters with a time of 11.74 (1.8) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Ran the fifth-fastest time in CCU history in the 200 meters with a time of 23.91 (1.6) at the Sun Belt Championships

• Competed at four meets, two events
• Earned three first-place finishes in the 400 meters, including the SBC Championship with a time of 54.46
• Earned a season-best time in the 400 meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational with the second-best time in school history at 54.01.
• Earned a season-best time in the 200 meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational with the sixth-best time in school history at 24.55
