• Played linebacker his senior season at Myrtle Beach High School for head coach Mickey Wilson
• Previously played at York Comprehensive High School in York, S.C.
• Named first-team all-region as a linebacker his senior season
• Tabbed the MyHorryNews.com Defensive Player of the Year in 2019
• Selected to play in the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl North South All-Star Game
• Earned a spot on the WPDE All-Zone Team in 2019
• Recorded 160 total tackles and 22.5 tackles-for-loss his senior year
• Also forced six fumbles, picked off four passes, and recorded three defensive touchdowns
• Totaled 8.5 sacks as well his senior season
• Helped to lead the Seahawks to a 13-1 overall record and a state runner-up finish in 2019
