Men's Golf Tied for Fourth after Second Round at the Daniel Island Intercollegiate

Taylor, Lee among top-10 on the leaderboard
DANIEL ISLAND, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University men's golf team shot a one-over 289 in Monday's second round of the Daniel Island Intercollegiate, falling into a tie for fourth place with a three-under 573 (284-289) at the Ralston Creek Course in Daniel Island, S.C.
Jack Lee continued to shine for the Chants finishing the round with a two-under 70 during Tuesday's action. His four-under 32 on the opening nine holes including four birdies and five pars. He is tied for ninth with a three-under 141 (71-70).
Seth Taylor is tied for ninth with Lee as the senior also has a three-under 141 (69-72). Garrett Cooper is tied for 46th with a four-over 148 (72-76), while Ludvig Eriksson is tied for 58th with a six-over 150 (79-71) and Owen Kim is tied for 62nd with a seven-over 151 (72-79).
First-round leader Middle Tennessee continues to lead the event, entering the final round with an eight-under 568 (283-285). South Carolina is second at seven-under 569 (285-284), while VCU is third at five-under 571 (285-286). ULM (287-286) and Stetson (291-282) are tied with CCU at three-under 573).
The College if Charleston is seventh at one-under 575 (286-289), with Arkansas State eighth (E, 576), Lipscomb ninth (+1, 577), and Seton Hall rounds out the top-10 with a three-over 579.
The rest of the field includes UNCW (+9, 585), Campbell (+12, 588), Charleston Southern (+13, 589), Southern Mississippi (+15, 591), Francis Marion (+19, 595), Maryland (+20, 596), Mercer (+28, 604), and USC Upstate (+45, 621).
