Men’s Soccer Hits the Road to Face Francis Marion in Exhibition

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's soccer team will hit the road to face Francis Marion in its second exhibition matchup of the year on Tuesday at 5 p.m. ET in Florence, S.C.
A total of 19 players secured their Coastal debut last Saturday in CCU's first exhibition match of the year versus Charlotte.
This is Francis Marion's first contest of the season and the Patriots will be looking to get some playing time under their belt to improve on their 8-6-5 overall record from 2022.
The Chants have an 8-2-0 all-time record versus Francis Marion and are sitting on a four-match win streak after winning their last contest 3-1 at the CCU Soccer Stadium in 2021.
Coastal will have one more exhibition match on the road versus Virginia Tech on Aug. 19 at 4 p.m. ET prior to starting the 2023 regular season at home against Winthrop on Aug.24.
