Graduated from Coastal in the spring of 2018 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies and in the spring of 2019 with his M.B.A

2018 (Redshirt Senior): Played in nine games starting six contests at quarterback … Missed three games due to injury … Two-time BAM Offensive Player of the Week – versus UAB (Sept. 8) and at South Alabama (Nov. 23) … Led the team with 1,010 passing yards on the season … Was 76-for-131 with a team-high eight touchdowns … Also threw three interceptions … Was the third-leading rusher on the year with 251 rushing yards on 56 carries … Led the team with 1,261 total yards of offense on the season … Threw for a season-high 262 yards in the regular-season finale at South Alabama (Nov. 23) … Recorded a season-best three touchdown passes in the road win at Campbell (Sept. 12) … Was 11-for-13 for 91 yards in the season opener at South Carolina (Sept. 1) … Completed 11-of-18 passes for 167 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 72 yards and a score on 13 carries in the home win over UAB (Sept. 8) … Threw for 202 yards on 10-for-14 with three touchdowns and one interception in the road win at Campbell … Also ran five times for 67 yards versus the Camels … Passed for 104 yards and a touchdown on 7-for-11 pass attempts in the road win at Louisiana (Sept. 22) before exiting the game due to an ankle injury … Also rushed for 68 yards on six carries versus the Ragin’ Cajuns … Started versus UMass (Oct. 20), completing 4-of-10 passes for 112 yards and rushing three times for 11 yards in the road win … Was 4-for-10 for 27 yards and rushed for 22 yards on three carries off the bench in the home loss to Appalachian State (Nov. 3) … Also came off the bench to complete 5-of-13 pass attempts with one interception in the loss at home to Arkansas State (Nov. 10) … Was 4-for-10 through the air with one touchdown at home against Georgia Southern (Nov. 17) … Returned to the starting lineup versus South Alabama in the regular-season finale, completing a career-best 20-for-32 passes for 262 yards and a touchdown … A member of the Dean’s List in fall 2018 ... Received Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List recognition for posting at least a 3.5 GPA for the 2018-19 academic year ... A  member of the Team Leadership Council for 2018.

2017 (Redshirt Junior): Played in the last six games, posting a 2-1 record as the starter over the last three games … In just six games at CCU, Anderson already ranks seventh on the school’s all-time list for passing yards (743), seventh in passing touchdowns (7) and eighth for completions (49) … Saw first action as a Chant at Arkansas State, playing the entire second half ... Was 5-of-16 passing for 133 yards, including a 51-yard TD pass … Also came off the bench at Arkansas and led CCU to a 13-point lead in the fourth quarter ... Was 6-of-17 for 115 yards and two touchdowns ... Also rushed for 37 on seven attempts … Got first start as Chant vs. Troy ... Was 13-for-25 with two TDs and two INTs for 157 yards … Was a game captain at Idaho and was 11-for-23 passing for 100 yards … Versus the Vandals, was 5-for-9 passing on third downs (CCU was 7-for-14 overall on third down for the game) … Threw for a season-high 180 yards and completed a season-high 52.9 percent on just nine completions with two touchdowns, in leading Coastal to a win over Georgia Southern in the season finale … 67 of those 180 yards came on a touchdown pass to Malcolm Williams to give CCU an early 7-0 lead … Earned President’s List (4.0 GPA) in the fall of 2017 and Dean’s List in spring of 2018 … Received Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List recognition for posting at least a 3.5 GPA for the 2017-18 academic year.

2016 (Redshirt Sophomore at New Mexico Military Institute): Spent one season at New Mexico Military Institute, but did not play as he recovered from an injury.

2015 (Redshirt Freshman at Fresno State): Played in eight games, making five starts on the season … One of four different quarterbacks to start on the year – the most in any Bulldog season going all the way back through 1979 ... Threw for 817 yards with two touchdowns against five interceptions … Was 78-of-157 passing on the season … Rushed 51 times for 211 yards, finishing as the team’s third-leading rusher … His five rushing touchdowns on the season tied for the team lead and was  the most by any Bulldog quarterback since David Carr also posted five rushing TDs back in 2001 … Drew his first career start on Oct. 10 versus Utah State … Became the first quarterback since Derek Carr on Aug. 29, 2013 to lead the Bulldogs on a fourth-quarter comeback, guiding Fresno State from 11-down entering the fourth quarter to come back and beat UNLV on Oct. 16 in his second start … Threw for 193 yards and ran for 78 yards in the win over the Rebels with his 78 rushing yards being the most by a Bulldog quarterback in any game this century … His two rushing touchdowns in the UNLV win matched the total number of rushing touchdowns the Bulldogs had as a team through the first six weeks of the season.

2014 (Freshman at Fresno State): Redshirted.

High School: 2013 King County all-conference selection ... Led Skyline to a 9-2 record and a berth in the 2013 Washington Football 4A playoffs and the King County championship in his only season at the school ... Completed 24-of-37 passes for 312 yards and two touchdowns in the King County championship game victory over Bothell High School ... Passed for 2,116 yards and 15 touchdowns while rushing for 544 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2013 at Skyline ... 2013 Northwest Preps Quarterback MVP (Mercer Island, Wash.) and 2013 Northwest Elite Index Quarterback MVP ... 2013 U.S. Army Combine Quarterback Elite-Team mention (San Antonio, Texas) ... Played at Naples (Fla.) High School for his first three prep seasons, two of which he was the varsity starting quarterback that ran a split-back veer offense ... Guided the Naples Golden Eagles to a 12-1 record and a spot in the Class 6A state semifinals as a junior in 2012 ... Completed 60-of-131 passes for 1,288 yards and 17 touchdowns against four interceptions as a junior ... Rushed for 952 yards and 28 touchdowns in 2012 ... Named to the Class 6A Florida all-state team as an athlete and was a second-team 6A all-state selection as a quarterback his junior season.
