2017 (Freshman): Was set to redshirt, but was pressed into action in game seven due to injury to starter Conner Kubala … Served as the long snapper for all punts and kicks over the final six games … In his first action, was named the CCU’s Special Teams MVP for the Appalachian State game … Helped punter/kicker Evan Rabon earn Sun Belt Special Teams Player of the Week as he averaged 54.7 yards on three punts, including a school-record, 65-yard punt, and made all three field goal attempts, including a 49-yarder to give CCU a lead going into halftime … Earned Dean’s List honors in the fall of 2017 … Received Sun Belt Academic Honor Roll recognition for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the 2017-18 academic year.
